At Satrangi, every outfit is handcrafted with premium detailing. Since each piece is customized exclusively for you, production and delivery times vary by order type.

Production Time

  • Bridal Dresses: Approx. 22 working days

  • Party Wear / Formal: Approx. 18 working days

  • Casual / Simple Outfits: Timeline shared during order confirmation

Production begins only after final approval of design, measurements, and color details.

Payment Policy

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order and start production.

  • Remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch.

  • Payment can be made via the methods shared at the time of order.

Shipping Method

  • We provide worldwide shipping through trusted courier services.

  • Shipping charges depend on parcel weight and destination.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be shared once the parcel is shipped.

Customs & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges.

Damage or Lost Shipments

  • Report any transit-related damage within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Our team will support you in coordinating with the courier.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide correct and complete delivery details at the time of placing an order.

  • Non-delivery due to incorrect address is not our responsibility.
